2. Do I need to follow a strict diet during the program? No strict diets here! The program focuses on nourishing your body with whole, fresh foods. You’ll have access to a variety of delicious recipes that cater to your unique preferences, whether you’re a meat lover or a vegetarian.
3. Will I need to purchase any supplements? Supplements are optional. We do offer an add-on Digestive & Nervous System Support Bundle, which includes a daily probiotic, magnesium bath flakes, and herbal tea blend, but these are not required to complete the program. Available upon request.
4. How much time do I need to dedicate each day? The program is designed to fit into your busy lifestyle. You’ll need a little time for meal prep and to check in with daily emails, but the plan is simple and manageable even with a hectic schedule.
