Hi! It’s nice to meet you! I’m a Clinical nutritionist with a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, and I am also a qualified chef with 20 years experience. I am extremely passionate about power of food and nutrients in the ability to heal our bodies – we are what we eat after all, and what we eat has an impact on every single cell in the body, what we choose to eat can make the difference between feeling “ok” and “amazing”.
Following a love for food and cooking from early childhood – watching my mother and grandmothers in the kitchen, I became a chef at the age of 18 expanding on my knowledge of food. However, after many years in the food industry, I found myself to be burnt out, highly stressed and constantly exhausted. I wasn’t sleeping well, anxious, and I had lost my spark – I felt like a mobile phone on 1% battery – all the time
