What is a first moon party?

This is a private, personalised celebration for your daughter’s first period or her preparation for it. More than just an event, it’s a safe and empowering rite of passage where she feels:

  • Supported in her body
  • Confident about what’s ahead
  • Connected to the women in her life

Blending elements of my Empowered Puberty Workshops with the intimacy of a private offering, these celebrations honour this milestone in a meaningful way.

What’s Included

Each First Moon Party is a 2.5-3 hour experience and can be held in your home or a chosen location. Your daughter and her guests will enjoy:

  • Guided conversation and education around periods, puberty, and self-care
  • Relaxing yoga and sound healing session
  • Craft your own special flower crown
  • Closing circle with blessings and celebration
  • A keepsake for every girl

All celebrations are facilitated by Emily Gardem, Clinical Nutritionist, Chef & Positive Menstrual Health Educator, with yoga/sound healing guided by Yoga Teacher Vanessa Negroni, from the Yoginess Collective.

Bookings

To keep things simple, bookings follow a three-step process to ensure your daughter’s celebration is tailored, seamless, and stress-free.

  1. Enquiry – Complete the online enquiry form to share your preferred date, location, guest numbers, and any add-ons you’d like.
  2. Quote – I’ll prepare a personalised quote based on your needs and confirm availability.
  3. Confirm – Once you’re happy to proceed, a 25% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due closer to the event. Afterpay is available.
