Hi, I’m Emily!

A nutritionist & mum on a mission to help women reconnect with their bodies, restore their energy, and truly shine from the inside out.

I’m so glad your here!

I’m a degree-qualified Clinical Nutritionist, chef, and women’s health advocate based in beautiful Shellharbour, NSW.
My mission is simple: to help you transform your health, feel energised, and live in alignment with your body – not against it.

My approach is unique because I combine my background as a chef with my expertise in nutritional medicine, metabolic health, and menstrual cycle awareness to create realistic, evidence-based nutrition plans that actually work for busy women.

Every plan I create is personalised to your unique goals , whether that’s balancing hormones, supporting digestion, improving energy, or finding a healthy weight that feels effortless and sustainable.

Realistic Support for Real Women

As a mother myself, I understand how chaotic and demanding life can be. Between work, family, and the never-ending to-do list, women often find themselves running on empty – exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from their bodies.

That’s why my focus is always on realistic, achievable strategies that fit your lifestyle. In my clinic (and yes, always over a cup of tea ), you’ll find a calm, supportive environment where you’re heard, understood, and valued. Children are always welcome – because life doesn’t pause for appointments, and neither should your health journey.

Women’s Health Matters

Now more than ever, women and girls need community, connection, and support – a safe space to feel seen, heard, and uplifted. In a world that constantly asks us to do more, give more, and ignore our own needs, having a nurturing community reminds us that we don’t have to navigate life alone.

I’m deeply passionate about creating this kind of space because I’ve seen how transformative it can be when women feel empowered in their health, their choices, and their wellbeing. Healing isn’t just about food, it’s about mindset, self-compassion, and having a safe, supportive environment to grow, share, and learn.

True wellbeing is cyclical, not linear – and when we honour our body’s natural rhythm, we move from exhaustion to empowerment.

My Journey & Philosophy

Since becoming a degree-qualified Nutritionist in 2018, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of women across Australia to make small, sustainable changes that completely transformed their health.

I believe that food is powerful medicine, what we eat impacts every single cell in the body. The difference between just getting through the day and truly thriving starts with how we nourish ourselves. When we eat well, we:

  • Maintain a healthy weight
  • Support hormones and metabolism
  • Improve digestion and gut health
  • Strengthen immunity and reduce inflammation
  • Boost energy, mood, and confidence

Nutrition isn’t about restriction or perfection, it’s about connection with self, rhythm, and balance.

My Offerings

I support women and their families across all life stages – from adolescence to menopause and beyond, with an emphasis on holistic, evidence-based nutrition and lifestyle guidance.

Areas of focus include:

  • Women’s Health & Hormone Balance – including digestive health, chronic disease prevention, fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum care.
  • Menstrual Health Empowerment – supporting young girls through puberty education, menstrual health awareness, and confidence-building.
  • Metabolic Health & Weight Management – long-term, sustainable strategies for hormonal balance, metabolism, and energy.

  • Workshops, Catering & Cooking Workshops – for small retreats, schools and local community events.

A Few Fun Facts About Me

I’m a mum, Nutritionist, yogi, and beach lover – you’ll usually find me barefoot, soaking up sunshine, or exploring local markets for seasonal produce.

My favourite foods? Anything with Mexican flavours, avocado, mango, or chocolate (just not Brussels sprouts! ). I love a strong coffee in the morning and a good glass of red wine on the weekend – because health is about balance, not perfection.
