Whether you’re starting your journey with Emily for the first time or returning after a break, your first appointment will be a 60-minute initial consultation.

This is your chance to share your story and take the first step toward feeling your best. Before your consultation, you’ll receive a questionnaire and a food & lifestyle diary to complete. If you have any recent pathology results, you’re welcome to send them through – these details help Emily see the full picture of your health and personalise your support.

During our time together, we dive deep into your full health history. We build a detailed picture of your diet and lifestyle, exploring your current health concerns. Our goal? To conduct a thorough dietary analysis, assess your physical activity, delve into your sleep patterns, and, of course, understand your unique goals, situation and priorities. Leaving no stone unturned, we explore all body systems to pinpoint any underlying causes contributing to health imbalances. It’s a journey towards restoring balance and vitality.

Follow-up sessions are 40 minutes in duration, where we discuss your progress, address any concerns or new issues, and adjust your treatment plan or prescription if necessary. I recommend at least three nutrition consultations to comprehensively review your progress. Your unique journey guides our suggested schedule of appointments.
